I don’t know about the rest of the men in Bluelick, but you took care of me in half a lap.
She laughed and then looked back at the fire station to see if she could spot him anywhere. Nope. Still grinning, she typed, You dirty pervert. Get your head out of your pants.
He texted back immediately. Wasn’t my head in my pants. It was something a bit more…handy.
The thought of him, watching her and…ahem…handling himself, sent her head straight into her pants. Don’t you have an engine to buff?
The engine is buffed. I buffed it for the better part of 3 minutes, thanks to you prancercizing in that outfit.

Her incoming text signal dinged immediately. From the Nike “Cock Tease” collection. I sat here in all kinds of agony watching your tits bounce while you jogged around the square, remembering how it felt to be lodged between them. I’m not even going to tell you what the sight of your ass in those running shorts does to me. It’s begging to be spanked. I counted 5 laps. Youdo the math.
She tripped over her own foot, caught her balance, and looked around again. Still no sign of him, but she felt the heat of his gaze as profoundly as a touch. Her skin tingled. Her system hummed. I loved this book so much! I squealed when I got a review copy in the mail. I probably scared the mail person. Torin’s story is finally here! If you’re a fan of the series you probably love Torin as much as I do. Torin is the tortured hero who is unable to touch anyone and experience contact because of his demon, Disease. His story has always intrigued me and I wondered what kind of woman would be his destiny. Keeley, The Red Queen, is his perfect match. She’s strong, funny and takes what she wants. I just loved her! Their passion and chemistry burned up the pages. Gena Showalter delivered a well written, and scorching hot romance. It was filled with action, great characters and plenty of laughs. This is one of my favorite series and one of the few favorites that get better with each book. I highly recommend the Lords of the Underworld and this new release in the series for paranormal lovers looking for an epic series. There were a few hints of some possible future stories and I can’t wait to see what Gena Showalter has in store for us next.

She appeared in front of him, displaying more tanned skin than she concealed, her hair falling around her face in lush, golden waves. Her eyes glittered with remnants of her anger. Her lips were slightly swollen and pinker than usual.
“Temper much?” she quipped.
His relief was palpable. She hadn’t forgotten him! But the relief was quickly replaced by concern. “Are you all right? Did someone hit you?”
She blinked with confusion. “No. Why?”
“Your lips are swollen.”
She rubbed them, color heating her cheeks. “Someone didn’t hit me, but someone sure did hit on me.”

He forgot everything he’d planned to do and say and got in Keeley’s face, snarling, “Who was it?”
Her eyes widened. “Hades. Why?”
“You dare ask why? You belong to me! We agreed. You do not kiss other men, Keeley. Ever. Have you forgotten my rules?”
Her jaw dropped, and she gasped out a few unintelligible words as if she couldn’t quite figure out what to say to him.
He stood in place, breathing too quickly, too heavily, his throat and lungs burning. He reached for her, but as so many times before, fisted his hands and dropped them just before contact. This is crazy. I’m crazy. I have to leave.
“Are you…thinking about touching me?” she asked, her eyes widening again.
No, she had to leave. He could not be in public right now. “Go shopping. Buy yourself something pretty. My treat.” He basically tossed his credit card at her. He should be calm by the time she finished. “Come back in an hour. Maybe two. Actually, we’ll reconvene tomorrow.”
“You are,” she said. “You’re thinking… Even craving me. You don’t like the thought of another man’s hands on me, and you want to replace the memory with your hands.”
That. Yes. Hades would die, and Torin…Torin would touch this woman and never stop.

“Okay, now add the flour, but—” It’s too late, a puff of white exploding in Winter’s face before I can get the words out or reach to flip the switch. “You need to turn the mixer to low.”
She spins around, her cheeks covered in random white spots, some of the flour dusting her hair. “You couldn’t say that before, ‘Now add the flour’?” Her voice is low, her eyes narrowed, and I take a step back.
“Well, yeah, I guess I could’ve, but I just sort of figured you’d know enough not to add loose flour to a wildly spinning mixer.”
“Oh, you figured I’d know enough for that, huh? Even after I told you I’ve never made cookies before? Even then?”
She’s advancing on me now, and I shouldn’t be retreating like a scared animal. I have more than a foot on her, a hundred-plus pounds, but she looks pissed. And that glint in her eye tells me she’s up to something. I glance down at her hand, seeing a measuring cup half filled with flour, and I realize what she’s going to do a split-second before she does, but not soon enough to dodge it.
A cloud of white powder hits me straight in the face, and I cough as I inhale some. Wiping away the dust from my eyes, I say, “I can’t believe you did that.”
“Oh, well, I just figured you’d know enough to duck.” She shrugs and offers me a saccharine smile.
“I don’t think you want to start this with me, baby.”
“In case you missed the flour in your face a second ago, I already started it, baby.”
I stare her down, then reach over, grabbing the bowl of melted chocolate—my mom’s secret ingredient in her cookies—and dip my fingers into it. Winter narrows her eyes at me and takes a step back. “Don’t you dare.”
“Where you goin’? I thought you wanted to get messy.”
“No, I wanted you to get messy. I didn’t have a choice with this,” she says as she gestures to where the flour hit her. She darts her eyes down to the bowl of chocolate, then back up to my face. “Don’t, Cade. You’re going to get me dirty, and I have to be at work soon.”
“You maybe should’ve thought about that before you threw a scoop of flour in my face.” I don’t wait for her response before I smear the chocolate down her cheek to her jaw, then all the way down her neck and into the deep V of her shirt, stopping when I feel the swell of her breasts. “Whoops.”
“You did not just do that.”
“Looks like I did.” I shrug, putting the bowl back on the counter before I lick the chocolate from my fingers. She focuses on the act, her lips parted. I lean closer to her, drop my voice, and gesture to the spots of her skin that are covered. “You want me to clean you up, too?”
Glaring, she gives a jerky shake of her head, but a flush works its way up her chest to her neck—one of the tells she’s getting turned on.
I step closer, backing her into the corner until she’s pressed against the cabinets behind her. “Sure about that? It wouldn’t take much. Just a lick or two. Maybe a couple sucks. We’d probably have to take your shirt off, though, and your bra, too. I really got down in there.”
Her head’s tilted back as she stares up at me, her chest rising and falling in quick succession from her labored breathing.
I lean into her space, lick up a path from her neck to her ear. “I think you do. I think you want my tongue all over you, don’t you, baby? I got you all dirty. Seems only fair I clean you up.” Before she can respond, my mouth closes over her shoulder, my tongue tracing along the chocolate I smeared there. By the time I’ve dipped into the neckline of her shirt, my tongue in the valley of her breasts, her nipples are pressed tight against the material, and she’s got a white-knuckled grip on the countertop behind her.
“Want me to stop?”
I wait a second. Two. And when she gives the slightest shake of her head, I take. Gripping her face in my hands, my mouth covers hers, my tongue slipping inside. She groans into the kiss, her hands finally coming up to clutch my forearms.
“Wait.” She wrenches her mouth from mine, turning her head to the side. “Cade, wait. Your sister.”

“Shit! Four. I have to be at work at four!”
“We’ve got time. Now stop talking.”

With one hand, I fumble with the button of my jeans, the other busy between Winter’s thighs, rubbing soft circles around her clit, getting her ready for me. She’s moaning, her head resting back on the cabinets, and the sight of her there, half naked in my kitchen, is too much. Too fucking much, and I can’t get my goddamn jeans off.

I loved this book so much! I’m totally obsessed with Joanna Wylde’s Reaper’s MC Series and I was so excited to get Picnic’s book. He’s always been a favorite character of mine. His book blew me away and surpassed all my expectations. Picnic is one hot and sexy man and proves older men know what they’re doing in the bedroom. I loved London too! She is a strong, independent woman who is the perfect match for Picnic. If you haven’t read this series yet you need to get it now! If you have read it then you know why I’m so obsessed and Reaper’s Stand will probably be your new favorite in the series too. This is a gritty and raw biker romance that is well written and addicting. I can’t wait to see what Joanna Wylde has in store for us next.

“I’m really uncomfortable with”—I gestured toward the woman—“this.” “That’s not exactly my problem,” he said, dropping a hand to rest on her head. “But if it’s an issue, you can take her place.”
“No,” I said quickly.

“Then sit the fuck down and tell me why you’re here.”

His voice tightened, and I realized he was running out of patience. Fair enough—he obviously had other things on his . . . ahem . . . mind. I carefully perched on the edge of the couch, facing the door. This was actually better, I realized. I didn’t have to look at him now. Although I could feel the woman’s movements through the furniture frame and that was very creepy.

“My cousin’s daughter is somewhere at this party,” I said quickly. “Her name is Jessica, and she has very poor judgment. I’d really like to get her out of here and home before she does something completely stupid.”

Like set the building on fire.

“You got shit timing.”

I didn’t respond, because what the hell would I say? So far as I knew, Hallmark didn’t make a “Sorry I Interrupted Your Oral Sex” card.

I loved it! This trilogy is just incredible. Scarlett Dawn created a magical world of mysticals full of action, danger, suspense and hot romance. The dynamic and likable characters drew me in and made me feel part of their story. They took me on a roller coaster ride of emotions during the journey and I loved every minute of it. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on King Tomb so I could pick up where King Cave left off. I dived right in and didn’t put it down until I got to the last page. Not many writers can suck me into a story like that. I highly recommend this paranormal/ new adult romance for paranormal lovers wanting a unique and exciting new world to escape to for a while. I plan to read the whole trilogy over again to experience it all at once.

I love this series so much and can’t say enough great things about it. Not only has Laura Wright delivered a sexy cowboy romance, but the series also contains the chilling murder mystery of the sister of the Cavanaugh brothers. We get more insights into the murder in this second installment in the series and I can’t wait for the next book to reveal more. I fell in love with James, the sexy horse whisperer and romantic poet, while reading his story and experiencing his loss and pain. James and Sheridan romance was slow to heat up, but burned up the pages when they did get together. Broken is a story of loss, intrigue, healing and love. I loved every minute of it! I highly recommend this sizzling cowboy romance and can’t wait for Cole’s book, Brash, to release in March 2015. I’ll be devouring it as soon as I can get my hands on it!

Great emotional love story! Christina Lee writes great love stories with characters that draw the reader in. Her writing style is easy to read and flows easily. I found myself drawn into the characters story and experiencing their emotions along with them. I loved Nate and Jessie together. Their story was emotional and the fireworks exploded when they got together. Promise Me This is the fourth book in Christina Lee’s Between Breaths Series and each book can be read as a standalone, but the characters in this book were introduced in the first book. It’s a great series so I recommend you start at the beginning. I recommend this book for readers looking for an emotional and sexy love story.
