Another amazing read in The Mastered Series. Unraveled is Shiori and Knox’s story.. Shiori was Ronan Black sister and is as much of a control freak as he was. Knox is in charge of running the dojo while Ronin is out of the country and Bo’s head to head with Shiori. Their incredibly hot sexual tension always crackling in the air. The first time their lips met it was explosive. Knox knew there was something different about Shiori and for the first time in his life he was willing to do whatever it took to make her happy even if that meant submitting to her. Knox wasn’t surprised to learn Shiori was a Domme, but he was shocked to finally understand he was a submissive. Unraveled is an amazing addition to The Mastered Series and I loved it from cover to cover. I can’t wait for the next release!

I loved the characters and the plot was great in this story. Samanthe Beck packs more and more passion into every book she releases. I love all of her books! She is an amazing author and I recommend you read all of her books. Samanthe Beck is on my must buy list and she should be on yours too.

Shaun groaned and let his head fall back, and all she could do was cling to the edge of the sink while he gave her exactly what she asked for. Thrusting, withdrawing, and thrusting again in thrilling succession, using the angle of their bodies to ensure he hit all the right spots along the way. The room spun behind her closed eyelids. A heady mix of pheromones, body heat and sex stormed her senses. With frightening speed, he had her trembling at the brink again, panting and shivering and striving for relief from the pressure building inside her. Her pulse pounded, setting off a surprisingly loud echo in her ears.

She nearly jumped out of her skin when Shaun called out, “It’s occupied.”
Holy crap, the pounding in her ears wasn’t her pulse. Somebody was knocking on the restroom door. A voice from the other side said, “Hurry up in there buddy. I gotta get back on the road.”

Shaun didn’t bother with a reply, but drove into her with renewed energy, dragging her agonizingly closer to the edge of control. Shaun cursed, and then groaned again, a low, long sound vibrating with relief. Hard as she tried to hold it back, her own jagged moan escaped, merging with his, outlasting it, until the high-pitched cry reverberated in the tiny room and slowly subsided.

The voice came again from the other side of the door. “Forget it. I don’t know whether you ought to burn a candle when you’re done, or set fire to the place, but I know I’m not going in. See a doctor, or something.”

Brown eyes opened and stared into hers, and she detected a gleam of humor in their depths. She returned his stare while footsteps retreated across pavement. After a moment, a vehicle door slammed and a big engine rumbled to life. Picturing some disgusted trucker opting for a nice, private outcropping of limestone along the Double A over what he imagined awaited him at the Gas ’n Go had her laughing on her inhale. The result was an inelegant snort.

He grinned down at her. “Admit it, I provide a refreshing break from rose petals and satin sheets.”

I absolutely loved this new addition in the Mastered Series. Schooled is a quick read that takes a deeper look into the love Amery and Ronin found in Bound and Unwound. Schooled is set in Japan where Amery and Ronin are spending two and half months on their honeymoon and Ronin is continuing his training while there as well.The time they spend together is passionate and the time they spend apart shows their deep love for each other. I enjoyed Amery’s quick wit and sense of humor. Ronin loves being in control and it was endearing to see him give some of that control to Amery. Another captivating book by Lorelei James. I would recommend that the series be read in order. I highly recommend The Mastered series for erotic romance lovers. It’s a great love story!

I don’t know about the rest of the men in Bluelick, but you took care of me in half a lap.
She laughed and then looked back at the fire station to see if she could spot him anywhere. Nope. Still grinning, she typed, You dirty pervert. Get your head out of your pants.

I love everything Jill Shalvis writes, and this one might be my new favorite! Jill Shalvis writes sexy, funny and addicting romance. Cole had his heart broken years ago, and is perfectly happy being a bachelor. Working with his two best friends, life couldn’t get much better. Olivia was falling in love with Lucky Harbor. Her favorite part has to be watching Cole working at Lucky Harbor Charters. She moved to Lucky Harbor to forget about her previous life as a child star. She has even changed her name hoping the public would forget who she was. The more Olivia gets to know people in town, the more her past haunts her. She doesn’t want anyone to discover her previous life. Cole values trust and honesty above all else. Once he finds out who she really is could it be too late? He’s So Fine is a fun and steamy romance with great characters. I highly recommend this book and this series.

“Dry off,” Cole said, and stepped back from Olivia.

She nodded but didn’t move.

Travis Bennett is exactly the kind of guy Lauren Davis has been avoiding for the past nine years. Religiously. Stubbornly. Successfully. She knows too well how easy it is to let lust ruin perfectly laid plans. And a small town farmer with no ambitions beyond the borders of his own cornfield is not going to change her mind. She’s got important stuff to do. Her company is literally working to stop world hunger. Her plans are much bigger than Sapphire Falls. No matter how hot those farmers might be.

The problem is—Lauren is falling in love. With Sapphire Falls. To kick her sudden desire to buy a welcome mat and start baking pies, she asks Travis to help her get over her crush. She wants him to show her what life in the small town is really like behind all the sweetness and sunshine and remind her that there’s no place for French manicures and Gucci heels on the farm.

Getting Dirty is sexy and funny. Lauren wants to hate Sapphire Falls. It’s a small town that reminds her of a time she was willing to give up all of her dreams for the proverbial white picket fence and 2.5 kids. Travis Bennett loves everything about Sapphire Falls. The sense of community, friends he has had since he was a kid, and his farm is everything he wants and needs. Lauren thinks Travis is the perfect person to show her everything about the town. She thinks the more she knows about small town Sapphire Falls, the more she will hate the life, and be in a hurry to get back to her ‘normal’ life. Instead the longer she is there the more she becomes unsure if she will ever be able to leave. The chemistry between Lauren and Travis nearly set my kindle on fire. I love the entire Sapphire Falls series. They can each be read as a stand alone, but I recommend them all. This may be my favorite book in the series so far!

Their time together at the club is blazing hot, and she never wanted to change her plans and stay as much as she did after that night. When Scarlett shows up at the farm in Montana, she is shocked to find Logan to be the owner. Can Logan be the sub she desires? Will Scarlett be a strong enough Mistress for Logan? I prefer male doms, but I think the author did a great job telling this story.

Note: Donna tried this book first and was unable to finish it because of the PTSD issues in it. Here’s her thoughts.
As the wife and mother of PTSD sufferers, I cannot in good conscience finish this story. The author writes very well and I found the surface story intriguing but feel that PTSD needs professional medical help, not broken down and rebuilt by a Dom.

Another amazing Jill Shalvis book! It’s in His Kiss is funny and addicting in true Shalvis form. Sam is the quite, hard working one of the trio at Lucky Harbor Charters and prefers his solitude. Becca didn’t know what to make of this quaint little town called Lucky Harbor, but everyday she grew she spent there she grew to like it more. Sexy surfer guy, aka Sam, definitely added to it’s appeal. Their attraction was undeniable from the start, but he is her boss, and she needs a job more than she needs another man in her life creating complications. It’s not long before they can’t keep their hand off of each other, but can wanting something be enough? I really enjoyed their story and highly recommend this book and this series for romance lovers. Steamy romance stories with great characters.

Hillbilly Rockstar is absolutely amazing! This might be my favorite in Lorelei James’s Blacktop Cowboys series! Hot, exciting and sexy! Devin is a hot country music star. A star that seems to have some random threats aimed at him. When his record label insists on a bodyguard there was no way he could have predicted a lady would be assigned and his ego had a hard time accepting it. Instant attraction and sizzling chemistry makes it hard to fight the attraction and once Liberty finally gives in to Devin they could not keep their clothes on and their hands off of each other. Liberty knew there was no way their relationship would ever be more than the time they had together on the tour, but she was going to enjoy every second. Nothing had ever felt as right and as real, but will their careers tear them apart? I highly recommend this new addition to Lorelei James’s Blacktop Cowboys series. Each book can be read as a standalone, but I recommend starting at the beginning. They’re all great!
