I loved Lexie right off as I could relate to her and her inner thinking. She was a goof, but a likeable one. Ty was the typical brooding, intense alpha with a goal in mind. I liked how he changed during the story. Of course, he did something that made me mad, but then…he is a guy, and he made it right. The friends surrounding them are fun, loyal and ones I wish I had. Sexy, intense and fast-paced. I could not put it down. I’ve not read this series before, and am glad that this new release put them on my radar. If you like Kristen Ashley’s style of writing, then you’ll love this series.

 Kristen Ashley grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana, and has lived in Denver, Colorado, and the West Country of England. Thus she has been blessed to have friends and family around the globe. Her posse is loopy (to say the least) but loopy is good when you want to write.

Kristen was raised in a house with a large and multigenerational family. They lived on a very small farm in a small town in the heartland, and Kristen grew up listening to the strains of Glenn Miller, The Everly Brothers, REO Speedwagon, and Whitesnake.

Needless to say, growing up in a house full of music and love was a good way to grow up.

And as she keeps growing up, it keeps getting better.

His home is the road. That’s the only place he can breathe. And the woman who takes her place at his side has to do it sitting on the back of his bike.

When Deke meets Justice, he knows she’s not that woman. She’s cute. She’s sweet. And she’s into him, but she’s got it all and Deke knows he won’t fit into that. So he holds her at arm’s length. Establishes boundaries. And Justice will take it because she wants Deke any way he’ll let her have him.

But when Justice finds herself a pawn in a dangerous game, Deke makes a decision.

When he does, he has no idea he’s just opened himself up to bounty.

I loved this book so much! BOUNTY is the seventh book in Kristen Ashley’s Colorado Mountain Series and can be read as a standalone but I recommend the entire series. BOUNTY is a beautiful love story that touched my heart, made me cry, made me laugh and made me smile. I fell in love with Deke and I really liked Justice. Kristen Ashley always delivers a great love story and she’s on my must buy immediately and then devour list. Her books skip to the top of my TBR pile as soon as they become available, I recommend them to everyone and I’m always loaning out paperbacks. Her books just make me happy and BOUNTY made me happy. I highly recommend this book and any other Kristen Ashley book for romance lovers.

REVIEW:

I loved Jagged! Everyone has heard me talk about how obsessed I am with all of Kristen Ashley’s books and this one was no exception. Jagged is Zara and Ham Reece’s story. Reece has always been the one for Zara and when they were together the first time he wasn’t ready to settle down in one place with one woman. Zara ends things and settles for a man that isn’t the one and when that ends she reconnects with Ham after seeing him on the news. She’s never forgotten him and he has regretted walking away. Now he has to prove to her that he’s changed, ready to stay in one place and make a life with her. I loved the characters and the story. I highly recommend any of Kristen Ashley’s books! She writes great emotional romances with hot alpha heroes.
