It’s hard to believe that this series has come to an end, but Hroarr and Sirena made a good couple to hold it together. It took me a little while to warm up to Hroarr, but as I read, I realized that was part of the story and that it would take a strong and patient person like Sirena to crack his shell. As expected, their romance was super-heated, and flowed well with all the dire destruction going on around them. A few spots seemed rushed or crowded, but overall, it was an exciting wrap up to the series. This is not a standalone novel, so you will need to read the others if you haven’t already.

Reading in Pajamas 
Great review. I just finished this one and I agree it was a great end to the series. I wasn’t on board with Hroarr at first either, but I liked him by the end.
